Rename, move, or duplicate a script
File menu commands for the open script.
With the script open, choose any of the following from the File menu:
- Rename: Changes the script’s name. The file stays in the same folder.
- Move To: Moves the file to another folder.
- Duplicate (⇧⌘S): Opens a copy of the script.
- Show in Finder: Shows the file in its folder. This command is dimmed until you save the script.
- Open Recent: Lists the scripts you opened most recently. To empty the list, choose Clear Menu.
You can also rename, duplicate, or move a script to the Trash from the library. See Find and manage scripts in the library.
